Brother In Arms is crafting the soundtrack to your next evening and you didn’t even know it yet. A natural collaboration between San Francisco-based friends/DJ’s/Producers J Boogie and Deejay Theory, the well-seasoned duo come loaded with vibes ready to light up nightclubs, beachfronts and fireplaces in 2014. Blending equal parts slowed house, deep disco and modern and classic R&B, their sound would be something like Grace Jones making love to Todd Terje — and we’re not mad at that. Their edits have quickly caught the attention of DJ’s worldwide with plays on BBC Radio 1, KCRW, and KPFK. Previous works were included on David Heartbreak’s acclaimed “Moombahsoul” compilations, as well as regular DJ sets at their resident “Night Moves” party w/ partner Papa Lu at Monarch in San Francisco.
